The 2026-27 faculty grid for this position is $75,461 to $116,035 based on years of experience and a Bachelor of Education. Faculty with a Master’s will be paid at a higher range.

We are seeking an exceptional University and Careers Counsellor to join our Upper School team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced counsellor passionate about guiding students toward ambitious post-secondary pathways, with the potential for future leadership opportunities within the University Counselling Team.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
- Deliver a comprehensive, student-centred university and careers guidance programme across the Upper School
- Support students and families through all stages of post-secondary planning and applications
- Collaborate closely with fellow counsellors, teachers, and school leadership
- Engage in programme refinement, innovation, and strategic planning
- Build strong partnerships with families and universities worldwide
- Contribute to a vibrant school culture that values curiosity, balance, service, and leadership
Who We’re Looking For
You are an experienced, relational, and highly organised University and Careers Counsellor with a strong understanding of the IB Diploma Programme and global higher education pathways. You thrive in collaborative environments, communicate with confidence and are motivated by both student impact and professional growth.

The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience in accordance with BC labour laws and company policies.
