Start Date: January 2026
Do you believe the early years are where confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning truly begin? At Mulgrave Independent School, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Grade 1 Associate Teacher to join our dynamic Junior School team.
Mulgrave teachers inspire students to achieve their personal best through rich, engaging learning experiences that nurture well-being, curiosity, and academic growth. All of our students follow the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) beginning in PK3, and personalized, student-centred learning is at the heart of everything we do.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment, where low student–teacher ratios, outstanding resources, and a technology-rich campus create truly exceptional learning conditions. Through our co-teaching model, every K–2 classroom is staffed with both a Lead Teacher and an Associate Teacher, allowing for meaningful differentiation and personalized instruction.
