Building & Grounds Maintenance Worker
Permanent, full-time position
Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Position Overview:
The Building & Grounds Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining the safe, functional, and well-presented operation of all school campuses and residential properties. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this hands-on role delivers a wide range of facility repairs, preventative maintenance, and groundskeeping services, ensuring building systems, equipment and outdoor spaces are well maintained. What You’ll Bring
We are looking for a candidate with five years of experience in grounds and facilities maintenance. Certification or coursework related to a trade or trades is desirable; however, an equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. You will have a strong mechanical aptitude and be driven to produce high quality work both independently and as part of a team. General knowledge of multiple trades and experience in the use of common hand and power tools required for routine maintenance is necessary. Candidates must have the ability to perform physically demanding work and lift/carry heavy objects using safe practices. A valid BC driver’s license is also required.
