POSITION DESCRIPTION:
ADVANCEMENT ASSISTANT, TEMPORARY – TIME (1.0 FTE)
We are currently inviting applications for the temporary full-time position of Advancement Assistant. This position is covering a leave and will commence December 1, 2026, through to January 2028.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting directly to the Director of Advancement and Community Relations, this position
provides comprehensive administrative support for the Advancement Office, including gift
processing and data entry, donor stewardship and recognition, volunteer program support, and
fundraising and community event support.

The salary range for this position is from $60,000 to 70,000.
