We are seeking a BC Teaching Certified Director of Athletics to lead our athletic program and inspire students through dynamic teaching and mentorship.

About the Role

As the Director of Athletics, you will shape the vision and delivery of athletics at Brentwood—fostering wellness, teamwork, and personal excellence. The role oversees the Health & Physical Education program and athletic operations. The role includes a teaching assignment, advisory responsibilities and active participation in campus life duties, contributing to the well-being and growth of our students within our community. You will act as a pivotal figure in the student experience, ensuring that our athletic philosophy aligns seamlessly with our academic and artistic pillars. This immersive environment offers a rewarding opportunity to build lasting relationships that extend far beyond the gymnasium or playing field.

Key Highlights:

  • Oversee the Health & Physical Education program and athletic operations
  • Serve as the teacher of record for classes where a BCTC coach is not available
  • Fulfill a teaching assignment
  • Act as an Advisor and participate in campus life duties
