As a Senior Infrastructure and Network Analyst, you will work under the supervision of the Director of Information Technology in the Information Technology department.
Your Purpose
The Senior Infrastructure and Network Analyst is the owner of the infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity programs at Brentwood College School. This position leads the day-to-day operation for the end-to-end design, implementation, and monitoring and continuous improvement of the school’s physical and cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability and security across our 24/7 boarding campus.
Your Opportunity
This role involves high-level technical leadership and hands-on management, including:
- Infrastructure & Systems: Maintaining and improving server environments and virtualization (Hyper-V/Azure Local)
- Network Operations: Engineering campus-wide wired and wireless infrastructure using Cisco Meraki solutions
- Cybersecurity Program: Establishing a “defense-in-depth” posture, managing incident response, and governing MFA and identity frameworks
- Data Centre & Endpoints: Leading hardware refresh initiatives and governing zero-touch deployment workflows via Intune and Jamf Pro
Our Analysts are self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of serving as the final escalation point for the most complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in infrastructure and network administration
- Strong working knowledge of network administration and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Strong analytical skills to resolve issues under pressure and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
