This role is crucial for maximizing the utility of the School’s unique campus while generating essential non-tuition revenue. The incumbent acts as a key liaison, ensuring all auxiliary programming reflects professionalism, safety, and excellence inherent to the Brentwood College School standard.
You will be a dedicated, entrepreneurial professional responsible for the growth and management of all external events and the annual summer camp portfolio. You will need to be highly energetic, self-motivated, and flexible , operating in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement strategies to significantly increase the number of summer camps and external event bookings, meeting annual growth and revenue targets
- Act as the primary point of contact for external clients, developing strong partnerships and negotiating contracts
- Oversee all operational logistics for camps and events, including facility scheduling, accommodations, catering, and technical services
- Be present and accountable for the successful on-site execution of all major external events throughout the year and the overall summer camp season
- Manage the end-to-end administration for all programs, including registration, invoicing, payment processing, and detailed contract management
- Hire, coordinate and supervise casual support staff, contractors, and vendors necessary for program success
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional Logistics Management and demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-day events simultaneously
- Strong financial literacy including experience with budgeting and driving revenue growth
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with external partners
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving—able to respond and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and resolve conflicts efficiently
- Proficiency with event management software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

Education / Experience:
- Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in event coordination, camp management, or business development
- Comfort with technology, particularly Google and Microsoft Office applications like Excel and Google Docs
Notes:
- Criminal Record Check clearance is a condition of initial and ongoing employment
- Eligibility to work in Canada are required at the time of application
- $60,000 to $70,000 per year (full-time) Lower FTE can be negotiated with a prorated salary
- Generally, works Monday to Friday while planning and building the program. Expectations of full-time work through the school breaks (specifically including summer) while supporting the booked programming, with availability of days, late evenings, and weekends.
- Anticipated to have a January 2026 start (after Winter Break)
