Are you passionate about mentorship and youth development? Brentwood College School, an innovative oceanfront boarding school on Vancouver Island, is hiring Boarding Faculty Assistants (BFAs) for a 43-week immersive role starting August 30, 2026. Ideal for recent B. Ed graduates or those taking a purposeful Gap Year. Note: We have 2 immediate openings to support our male boarding houses.
What You’ll Do
- House Support: Live on campus; assist with daily routines and weekend supervision
- Academics & Arts/Sports: Provide classroom support and either coach or assist in arts classes 3 afternoons/week
- Campus Life: Supervise student events and chaperone trips

- Compensation: $20,750 + Free Room & Board (our food is amazing!).

What You Bring
- A passion for working with youth (Grades 8-12) and a post-secondary degree (completed/in progress).
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada; clear Criminal Record Check is a condition of employment.
- Assets: Sports/arts coaching, camp leadership, First Aid, or Lifeguard certs.
