Mulgrave, the International School of Vancouver is one of Canada’s leading independent, co-educational Pre-K–12 day schools and an established IB Continuum World School. We are seeking to hire passionate and experienced IB teachers (MYP and DP) to join our team starting in August 2026 as well as a DP Systems Transformation Teacher.

Mulgrave is proud to be one of only four schools globally offering the International Baccalaureate’s groundbreaking Systems Transformation program, a 300-hour transdisciplinary course that replaces two Standard Level subjects within the IB Diploma Programme (DP). Co-developed over the past two years directly with the IBO, the course utilizes systems thinking as a framework for accelerating the development of young people as leaders for a more just and sustainable future. As the program enters its second year, the Senior School is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking, and passionate educator who will play a key role in driving the Systems Transformation program forward.

The 2025-26 faculty grid for this position is $73,263 to $112,656 based on years of experience and a Bachelor of Education. Faculty with a Masters will be paid at a higher range.
