Join our athletics team as the Lead Climbing Coach at Brentwood! Take charge of our climbing program, indoors and out, encompassing bouldering, lead, and top-rope climbing, plus competition hosting. You’ll guide facility operations, from upkeep to budgeting, staffing open hours, and route-setting.

Your expertise will resolve climbing wall issues with professionalism and policy know-how. Thrive in a dynamic environment, shaping climbers’ journeys and fostering a vibrant community. Education / Experience:

• ACMG CGI 2 & TRCI or AMGA CWI lead endorsed preferred
  Experience with competitive and recreational youth climbing programs
  Experience setting boulder, top-rope/ lead routes

Notes:

• Criminal Record Check clearance is a condition of initial and ongoing employment. 
• Must be legally and immediately entitled to work in Canada
• Compensation ranged dependent on experience: $24,000 – $27,000
