The ideal candidate has a master’s degree in education with demonstrable, progressive senior teaching and executive-level leadership experience, preferably within an independent school environment encompassing JK through Middle School. You are a proven builder, a motivator, and a strong communicator with a sound knowledge of school advancement strategies and the mechanisms of sustainable enrollment growth. Your ability to foster excellent relationships with key stakeholders leads to positive results. You embrace the school’s Christian ethos and possess a deep commitment to realizing the full potential of young children and nurturing their well-being. You lead by example, with a strong capacity to delegate and bring out the very best in those around you.
