Our new Director of Junior School will join a flourishing organization on the cusp of an important new chapter in its evolution. Our new Head of School, Deryn Lavell, took up post in summer 2022 and we are excited and ambitious for our future under her expert leadership. This is a wonderful opportunity to join our school community at a pivotal moment and to play a significant role in our strategic development. The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of inspiring and innovative leadership, the operational management skills to run a thriving junior school and the strategic capabilities to contribute to our continued success at the forefront of progressive, girls’ education. A respected pedagogical leader, our new Director of Junior School will bring experience of developing high performing teams and collaborative skills to work effectively with and as part of the YHS Leadership Team.
