Queen Margaret’s School seeks a proactive and dynamic Director of Admissions to join our Leadership Team. These are exciting times at QMS, with student numbers growing rapidly and an ever-widening range of activities and programming to offer. The role of the Director of Admissions provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced admissions professional looking for a new challenge to head up a department with a varied scope.
QMS has a unique mix of day and boarding students from Preschool up to Grade 12, catering to both domestic & international families, based on a 30-acre campus in the heart of beautiful Vancouver Island. We foster an education and living environment that prepares young people to be curious, be brave, be kind and be themselves.
The Director of Admissions will be responsible for working with the Head of the School and the Leadership Team to create a strategic admissions plan for the future and deliver an outstanding experience for parents and students throughout every stage of the admissions process and beyond—continuing QMS on its growth and development trajectory.
This role will suit an experienced and innovative professional with a proven track record of a proactive approach to delivering an outstanding admissions process experience, achieving targets, and building strong connections with prospective parents, agents, alum, the local community and colleagues.
